Amazing stay! Julie was so wonderful and helpful and the wagon was very comfortable and cozy. Would stay again!

This cozy, little wagon served as the perfect get-a-way as I was driving west through South Dakota. I couldn't have felt more at home inside. There's a small wood burning stove that provided the slight smell of cedar while keeping me warm. The bed is large and comfortable with beautiful blankets. There's plenty of seating inside with two cushioned benches. Through and through this was a great experience with a great site and great host. Can't recommend staying here enough.

Glad you chose to stay in the Black Hills Tommy. Thanks for your review. I hope your trip westward continues to inspire! Julie

The sheep herder's wagon and the rest of Julie's property is an great place that I would highly recommend. Great with or without dogs, with plenty of space to roam and explore. The wagon is very cozy and comfortable and provides a very unique 'camping' experience. Julie was great with her communication and flexibility. I hope to be back to stay soon!

Julie was awesome. A great spot for our kids, the wagon was perfect and the property was more than we could explore in our time there. She was the perfect host, always offering what would/could be needed and ensuring we had a great time. Felt more like visiting family than someone we had just met. We will be returning to this site!

Thank you! It was a delight having your very cute family enjoy the wagon and spirit of the land - rain or shine. May the memories linger and vacation skies be blue as you travel. I'd look forward to a return visit any time.
