Our uniquely southern property is over 100 acres of old oaks, mossy hardwoods and dirt road trails. Come experience the quiet and tranquility for yourself! Follow us on Instagram. With over 100 acres of beautiful southern oaks and dirt road trails, we have a spot for you. We are just 2 miles East of I-95, 30 minutes from downtown Bluffton, or Beaufort waterfront and 45 minutes to either the beaches of Hilton Head Island, Hunting Island or historic downtown Savannah, GA! The nightly fee is for tent/rv not requiring electric/water hook up. We have limited hook ups so if needed please add those to your booking request per night. MUST ADD ADDITIONAL HOOK UPS FEE OF $20 PER NIGHT OF STAY.  We keep all trees/limbs trimmed for easy entry.  We have a site (dirt pad (unlimited size) / concrete pad (20x22)) with availability for hook ups  (50 amp/can be reduced to 30amp), water, picnic table and fire ring.  We also have another fully concrete pad site with picnic table and fire ring- with available hookups. If hook ups are desired please add the extra charge of $20 per night for these amenities.  Less than 2 miles away from our property, in town right beside I-95,  we have a Camping World that offers free waste dumping! We also have an additional site that offers a small concrete pad with picnic table and fire ring. This site does not have hook ups but is in short walking distance to the community outhouse where toilet and sink (water) can be found. We also have several primitive areas for small camper/tent guest- no fires permitted on unless fire ring is on site. Primitive areas are too far from water to allow fire. *This is NOT a campground it is our personal residence. Please be respectful with keeping check in hours before 9PM please. We have a fully plumbed outhouse with large outdoor sink as well as two super fun tree swings and small basketball court/ pickleball court that our camping guest enjoy. Cell service at camp is great (we use verizon). Born and raised in the Low Country we enjoy the outdoors immensely! We are a homeschool family, love our fur babies, have a hen house full and even a couple horses and goats!  Shady Shack- Dirt site with power and water hook ups (add extra fee of $20 per night of stay) it also has a concrete pad that can be parked on for smaller rigs. This site is closest to the outhouse, has a  picnic table and fire ring.  Buried Treasure- large concrete pad site with picnic table and fire ring. Power and water hook ups available, just add hook ups extra fee of $20 per night. Stargazer- small concrete pad site with picnic table and fire ring. Large open field perfect for stargazing!  No hook ups. Fires permitted. Goal Crusher- more primitive site located next to our basketball/pickleball court. perfect for tents or small campers. No hook ups. Fires NOT permitted as too far from water. Our sites are all at least 200-300 feet away from each other.  Please place any BAGGED trash in designated trash can near outhouse or pack it out with you! * Follow us on Instagram @ TripleOaksTrail *Two night minimum on holiday weekends please. * We are NOT a campground, this is our private residence. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival on the day of travel so we can be sure to be home. Arrival time must be before 9:00PM.

Triple Oaks Trail Homestead
My scout unit loved camping on Tina's land at Triple Oaks Trail Homestead. There is room for them to play some games and feel like rustic camping with enmities such as running water and a very nice restroom for being in the woods. There is a nice pavilion with lights and fans to help move some air and they have a Webber grill available to use.

Triple Oaks Trail Homestead
My scout troop loved camping on Tina’s land. A very nice camping area for tents and RVs. It has a very nice pavilion with lights and some ceiling fans to keep the air moving. The restroom is many steps over your typical porta John in the woods with running water and a regular commode. Wood was available for purchase and many fire pits were in the area. Lovely way to end a long day of driving.
