Come camp on our 22 acre estate where we have a small vineyard/farm near the edge of wilderness.

On the farm, Blueberries, Muscadines and Hops are our specialty.  You are free to pick your fill of blueberries (late June through mid-August) and Muscadines (September) while you are here.

Campsites are available near our 4 acre lake with most sites having close proximity to our creeks and vineyard area.

The lake is stunningly beautiful and the fishing is usually good.

The creeks run freely all year round and creek walking / exploring is great.

All of this resides in the shadow of the mountains that encompass the Blue Ridge Escarpment and just minutes from awesome wilderness areas, hiking, biking, waterfalls, boating, fishing, hunting and 3 popular state parks (Table Rock, Caesars Head & Keowee Toxaway).

Our views of the Appalachian escarpment are spectacular and wildlife sightings are common.

Greg and his wife greeted us at the dock located on their lake, we were surprised it was their first weekend hosting given how prepared and hospitable they were. Greg allowed us to set up camp for the night on the dock and even brought us an umbrella to use during the day.

Their property was perfect to wander around on and very clean. We brought our own kayaks and were able to take them out on the lake but forgot our fishing poles! I would recommend this site to anyone, we were close enough to town if we needed anything and close enough to all the state parks to do plenty of exploring. You’ll find that it will be hard to leave this site!

Thank you Greg and your wonderful wife for hosting us!

Looking back at our site while enjoying the lake.

Greg greeted us on the dock and walked us around to help choose a site. He was very helpful in pointing out hazards such as a small creek (camping with a toddler) and poison ivy. He was very friendly and polite and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and even brought us a fresh water source, potty, and fire pit. He offered us use of his outdoor shower and showed us around his garden- growing so many beautiful things such as grapes for wine and hops. He was very informative as to growing practices and planting- we had a fun little lesson about the grapevines he was planting and hope to come back again to see their progress. He was helpful in offering suggestions for nearby hikes and activities and made sure to be available for anything we needed while still offering us a private setting to relax and unwind. We chose a campsite near a small creek with trees to hang out hammocks and it was so peaceful and beautiful. We would 100 percent stay with Greg again. He even jumped off our car when the battery died- oops! For a small family of three with a toddler and a friend this site was perfect. We especially enjoyed the very close proximity to table rock and keowee state park- both within 15 minutes drive. Perfect place if you want to relax away from the busyness of life and have the amenities you need close by.

Camping was a dream with how helpful the host was supplying us with: portable potty+ toilet paper, fire pit, fresh water and table! Even a jump when our car died!
We couldn’t have asked for a prettier place or host.
Nice options for tent camping and close to all the great hiking spots.
Will definitely visit again soon! Thank you!

Perfectly peaceful. Greg was born to be a campground host. The grounds are immaculate and we loved being able to swim with our dogs. Looking forward to returning soon!

Fantastic getaway! We stayed here just for the night but wish we could have stayed longer. Greg was super friendly and accommodating. The land is just as beautiful as pictured. The kayak was our favorite part. Greg was super helpful in helping us find a place to set up our tent. 10/10 would visit again

Greg and Jean went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us pick out a great camping spot. They also provided amenities such as tables, water, a fire ring, and a toilet. Plus some of the best tomatoes we’ve ever had! We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend staying here to anyone else.

We had an amazing time with our friends. Greg met me at the lake and showed me multiple locations to stay. By the lake, the creek, open field. We set up camp near the creek under the trees. Greg brought us a gas fire pit which work perfectly to cut the low temps at night and morning. Words can not describe the property. We will be back and enjoy the lake which we missed out on just relaxing and enjoying the weekend. We have T-Mobile and had no service which was a plus.

The campsite was excellent and the hosts were very helpful. It was so peaceful to fall asleep with the sound of the creek behind us. The hosts provided plenty of water, a gas fire, and even a canopy to help keep us dry while we were packing up in the rain.
