This was a pleasant enough spot to stay for the night as we made our way to the coast. Montanna, the host, was helpful and accommodating, giving us full run of the place, including the horseshoe pit out back and the pool table inside the “man cave.” Georgia, the older Great Dane, was a total sweetheart, wandering over for some head scratches (we’re dog lovers, and encouraged the host to let the dogs off leash in the yard during our stay). The RV hookups were great and allowed us to fill up our freshwater tank with good-quality water – no sulfur smell, like in some places. No trouble navigating our 22’ Airstream down the driveway and through the campsite; didn't need to back up or turn around - a huge plus!

Mr. Montanna was wating for us at the gate on my given ETA and guide us pull in.
Lot was not so big but is big enough to make my truck and 25' trailer U-turn without any problem.
We received wake up call every morning by mother nature(rooster) , we loved this calling.
Montanna’s place was great! I wish we could have stayed longer. It was exactly as expected. Montanna greeted us and made it easy to settle for the night. Our dog loved the yard. I loved watching the ducks. Great stop off 95 when traveling but I think it would be even better for multiple nights.

Nice place to stay. The yard is fenced so the dogs can run around. Everything you need is there.
This is a great location just off of I-95! Our hosts were terrific and the property is beautiful! Tons of room of fenced in yard for dogs and full hook-ups for our camper.
The road was quite washed out when we were there, so check with the hosts to see if has been repaired yet. If it has not been repaired and you're pulling a camper, I would recommend you have 4 Wheel Drive.

This spot was a great overnight spot. Directions to the sire are spot on. The road leading up to the house is dirt and in spots very rutted so take it slow. Montanna was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us where to park. The only thing we found different than expected was the site's close proximity to the hosts house. This was never an issue, as Montanna was friendly but not intrusive. He introduced us to the animals on property(dogs, ducks and a cockatoo), showed us where hook ups were , and even allowed us access to a composting toilet as our Teardrop style rig is not equipped with one
The property is nice situated for smaller RV's to pull thru. We have an 11' rig and easily looped around when leaving to get back to the driveway. It looked as though Montanna had a different gate that would accommodate bigger setups. Although we were only there overnight and were focused on setting up our new RV, there was a pool table and a horseshoe pit which our host invited us to use. If you plan on staying a couple of days there are several spots to put in small watercraft and Montanna has a kayak and a canoe. The firepit is located near the campsite and has patio furniture next to it.
We had a great stay and would recommend this site to anyone passing through the area.
