This location was perfect for those looking to explore trails and open
land. The farm was full of spots to see and places to pitch a tent.
There’s an element of isolation present along the creek, and the wide
open views along the lake provide for a peaceful evening. Alex was an
extremely knowledgable and caring host, who gave me a tour of the area
upon arrival. I would definitely suggest this spot to those seeking a
primitive camping location in the backwoods of South Carolina.

The creek side campsite is wonderfully secluded. The campsite itself is shaded and there is a creek babbling by just a few yards away. There paths to explore along the creek or you can follow another to a clearing. (where we watched the eclipse!) The owner, Alex, said that this was his favorite camping spot on the property and I can see why. I would highly recommend it.

Alex's Creekside Camp was great! Very, very private and a beautiful location by a stream. He was very helpful showing us around the property and where were great places to set up camp. I would absolutely come stay here again soon!
