The bush camp was excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay there. The hosts were very welcoming, will definitely be back for more camping!
Deepwater Hideaway Camp is somewhere really special especially if you like the peace and quite a bush setting provides.
Julie and Neal are extremely welcoming hosts and can’t do enough to make you welcome and help out if your novice campers as we were.

Great spot! Lovely and friendly Property owners! We will definitely be back again. Will be sure to recommend this property to our friends and family. Neal popped around to our camp with some of their mango from their trees, it was absolutely beautiful! The dogs enjoyed their treats as well :)
Well maintained campsites, sites are spacious and well away from other campers. Recycle bins provided for cans , wood for campfire is provided. Hosts Neil and Julie are very hospitable and friendly, they are very knowledgeable about the area and nothing is too much trouble for them. Excellent stay!
Had a great stay at Deepwater Hideaway. Beautiful property, with plenty of space. The hosts Julie & Neal were very kind and accomodating. Our dog loved it even more than we did. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend Deepwater Hideaway to anyone who loves bush camping.

Neal and Julie were wonderful hosts. Campsites were excellent, great location to have peace and quiet for a couple of days or a week or two. Highly recommend,will be visiting again for sure.

The site was well maintained, plenty of space and just amazing. Close to Deepwater National Park.
I cannot rate the hosts and property high enough. They had a “campers get together” at their homestead where the host Neal played and sang. (Great voice)
Bring your camp chair and have a chat and a drink.
Kangaroos visit daily and great wildlife and just the best spot ever.
I now have to change my planned return to Brisbane just so I can stay here again.
Next time I will just book them directly.
Would give them 6 stars if I could.
