We have a selection of beautiful creek side locations where you can enjoy the clear, fresh running water and a selection of other sites only a short walk from the water. If you prefer you can 4WD to the back of the property with a camper trailer or roof top camper, this will also get you to a height that overlooks the Calen township and the ocean. Conveniently located just a short drive off the Bruce Highway, you will have your own private area without disturbances other than the odd cow, horse or wallaby wandering around. While staying, you will have the opportunity to take a walk into the past to view a private collection of Australiana, including a working stationary, engine display and vintage kitchen with wood stove. Access to the property is via a creek crossing so it is advisable to phone ahead if there has been recent rain or rainfall is forecast. Toilets are located on the property but campers will need their own shower facilities and take all waste with them on departure. Campfires are permitted but must be contained at all times in a fire pit. Calen is a small cane growing and cattle town with a general store, pharmacy, service station, butcher and the local pub. Zarby's cafe is a short drive away if you would like to dine in for breakfast or lunch in a retro style setting. Each site fee is for 2 adults and kids stay at no cost Pets are welcome. We have a selection of beautiful creek side locations where you can enjoy the clear, fresh running water or if you prefer you can 4WD to the back of the property with a camp trailer or rooftop only and find more sites where you can wake up to ocean views.  Conveniently located just a short drive off the Bruce Highway, you will have your own private area without disturbances other than the odd cow, horse or wallibies wandering around. Creek and Antique Camping
Such a beautiful place, we swam, floated down the creek, and relaxed!. Absolutely did not want to leave. Thankfully it’s not far from home so we will be back regularly. It would be hard to find more down to earth obliging hosts than Terry and Sue. We are super grateful for this piece of paradise in our area. 😊

Roof top camping
Terry and Sue have a wonderful slice of heaven. Grateful they opened it up to the public and we could enjoy it. Campers were not on top of each other, plenty of space. Took our dog (followed on leash requirements) with and he absolutely loved the fresh water and cheeky kayak! Very peaceful, beautiful views and spotted kookaburras and black cockatoos.

Great creek side spot
Great spot, lovely creek for swimming and kayaking. Recommend bringing some reef shoes as rocks were quite slippery to walk on. Kids had a great time. You are in view of other campers, so not as isolated as some camps, but still so much space to yourself.
