Tricky Parking
We actually stayed on Site 1 because of the recent rains. It was very quiet and peaceful. We were the only ones there. The whole area is grassy and we spun the tires getting parked and getting out. These sites would be very problematic if there’s a lot of rain before or during stay.

The area was quiet and private. Could see neighbors but far enough way not a bother.

Nice spot, electrical worked well. Similar to other reviewers, it was a little confusing knowing which spot was which and it turned out someone was already in the spot we were supposed to camp in, but it turned out ok we could still reach the electric and had a great time. There are a couple open fields right next to the sites and the neighbor has farm animals (horses, goat, sheep, llama, even an emu!) and our kids loved seeing them. Kids had a great time running around and it was SO convenient to Gettysburg which is what we were in town to visit. My husband loved everything about this place. Would recommend.

No complaints here. It was exactly how it was explained. I only needed to reach out to James one time and he was quick to respond and very helpful.

He was helpful in our accommodations and making sure we had electricity and answered his messages quickly.

Convenient to Gettysburg
Three campers traveling together pulled in at dusk and stayed three nights. We weren’t sure where to park, and the directions the host gave us weren’t clear as he mentioned orange cones but there were none. We tried to contact him but got no response. There was plenty of space to park. Electricity and water were available but not in convenient spots. The grass was very long so we had wet shoes and a wet dog after going out in the morning. It was convenient to the sites at Gettysburg. There were four dogs next door that barked at us but they were behind a fence and friendly. The location was very quiet at night.
