Greg was a fantastic host! If you are looking for a rural getaway within a stone's throw of the city, look no further. Greg's land offers the best of chester county: rolling hills hiding swimming holes in the Brandywine, beautiful scenery, great hospitality. Ask him about his animal rescues!

Gorgeous property and great hosts!

The site was beautiful, peaceful, and fun to roam around. Awesome views. Cool goats!

A perfect break from my loud neighborhood and so much nicer than crowded campgrounds.

This was my first HipCamp experience and definitely left me ready for more.

Thanks Greg!

Truly a fantastic countryside getaway! My husband and I were looking for a last-minute break from the city where we could bring our two chocolate labs, and Greg reached out to us within minutes of booking. He talked us through all the details on what to expect and where to go when we arrived, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was an excellent camp host, giving us a quick tour of the farm and showing us the best spots, and after we set up camp, he even escorted us to a good spot to put in our inflatable stand-up paddle boards. The Brandywine Creek is less than a mile away, and it was a beautiful and refreshing place to float, swim, and relax. After the creek, we drove back to camp and enjoyed a quiet and secluded evening by the campfire, and enjoyed the beautiful sunset in the isolated field behind our wooded campsite. In the morning we were greeted by an equally beautiful sunrise, and the sound of birds. Greg offered us fresh coffee and pointed us to a great local farmer's market just down the road where we grabbed breakfast sandwiches. All in all, the Bozzi farm is a wonderful place to enjoy the PA countryside, and only 50 minutes from Center City in Philly! The dogs were in heaven, with so much open space to run and explore, and it was a joy to visit the chickens, goats, and horses that live there. Thank you Greg for the wonderful hospitality, we will absolutely be back for more!

Campsite is supplied with brick fireplace, firewood, log stumps for seating/side tables, and a picnic tableThe large campsite was shaded and had a good breeze coming through, with soft sand on the ground. Ample room for multiple tents and cars.Path to the field behind our campsiteA walking trail connected our site to the greenhouse and barn near the entrance of the property

Greg was the ideal host, always available by text. My only complaint was using a path away from the site that was too narrow between the trees to fit a rav4. Perhaps a warning sign. Very peaceful stay.

Greg was an awesome host and his place was beautiful. We camped there in a conversion van and brought our motorcycle with us. Our spot offered plenty of privacy. We used the motorcycle to tour the area during the day and travel to West Cheater and the Four Dogs Tavern in Marshalltown for dinners. Although not accessible from the property, there is great mountain biking very close by. Marsh Creek State Park is close and offers great mountain bike trails and summer lake recreation. The Brandywine River runs through this area. . The world renowned Longwood Gardens is minutes away as is Kennett Square, mushroom capital of the world, and cute little town with nice shops and restaurants. It’s a great spot, enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay and Gregory was the perfect host. We kept in touch via text and that worked out well for any ?'s we had. Plenty of wood for our campfire with a cooking rack which i personally liked. His potable water is from a very deep well and was delicious. The site for our 25' class C RV was in a horse ring and was nice and level. By 5pm the very tall trees around us offered good shade in the 90° heat. During the day he let us park under a HUGE tree until there was shade on our spot. The road upto the property is narrow and winding. We pulled the passenger side mirror in to avoid hitting branches and did just fine. Overall a good experience.

We had such an amazing time here! Greg was a wonderful host, always available, super friendly and accommodating. Campsite was private with loads of firewood. Very close to the Brandywine Creek, Greg even had a rinse area so we could wash our dog after the river. Lovely escape outside of the city, we can't wait to go back!

This property was so beautiful and the site was clean and private. Right down the road is a lovely access point to the river. My dog was in heaven with tons of space to run. Greg was welcoming and helpful, and recommended a delicious spot for breakfast right down the road. Would love to come back!
