Staying in the Birch Way you will find yourself surrounded by maples and birch smack dab in the middle of our sugar bush. It is peaceful to be so near to the meadow watching the livestock. This large, roomy camp site allows for larger groups to pitch tents or to rent our ten man!

There is room for one car at the site. And room at the bath house parking area for additional vehicles.

Split firewood available for sale on site by the wheelbarrow load to use in the firepit.

*Please do not harm trees to collect wood for camp fires...remember we do boil maple syrup with wood that we collect from the woodlot.

It is located at the base of the hill from the bath house, close - yet far enough away to enjoy your privacy.

We think you will enjoy the view of the farm meadow and being closer to nature, and the animals just on the other side of the fence !

Perfect little campsite! The host John and Kerry were very kind and helpful. They have the sweetest goats and donkey, and will sell you farm fresh eggs! I would absolutely recommend their campsite to friends. We didn’t shower but the shower and bathroom were very clean and well maintained.

Kerry and John are two of the nicest people. We only stayed one night but would definitely check out again.

My friends and I stayed at The Funny Farm over Labor Day weekend, and we could not have made a better choice. The Birch campground was very spacious, had a picnic table, fire ring, mulch (for tents), and a clothesline to dry wet items. BUT it's safe to say our favorite amenity was the (hot) shower/bathroom near the campsite. It was VERY well kept and clean!!

They have split logs available to purchase near the bathrooms and you can walk over to the house to buy some fresh eggs, maple syrup, or honey (all from the farm!! you can even see the maple syrup lines running through the trees)

We also got to feed and play with Destiny (horse) and Tara (donkey), and had said hello to a couple of cats, goats, and chickens as well. We also had a chance to chat with Kerry about her farm and learned so much about farm vs commercial produce, livestock, and even heard stories about each of the animals!

My friends and I can't wait to book our next trip to the Funny Farm. Thanks again for a lovely weekend!!
