This is a very private camping area in my yard, on a less-traveled road with no view of the neighbors. There is a stream that wraps around the property and the state game lands is across the road. Lots of hiking, fishing a walk from the camp. There is a lake that is a short drive away. Bring your hiking boots and your bow.

Beautiful woods & calming water
Hanah's little nook in the woods was a beautiful escape from the typical campground. My partner and I were absolutely in love with the gorgeous view of the babbling brook that runs along the property and the calming sounds that accompanied the scenery, so we decided to pitch our tent a little closer to the back of her offering. Neither of us expected to find such a lovely spot for both our first Hipcamp experience or our first time camping together. Sitting and listening to the water tumble as our food cooked was the perfect break from reality this Memorial Day Weekend.
Hanah was a very humble host and it was a pleasure to be able to spend time at her space. A very quiet retreat away from the majority of civilization. Be sure to bring along some firewood, although there are plenty of bundled pieces to find within the woods. Various hiking trails of different difficulties are close by, including parts of the Appalachian Trail. We both absolutely recommend this spot!
