Sites 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 is a dry camping area. Sites 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 has 30/50 amp and close to a water connection. All sites are large enough for a 45ft. rig along with a dump station at the campground.

Come visit the “Pennsylvania Wilds” to kayak, hike, and enjoy the abundant wildlife, including elk, whitetail deer, black bear, and our personal favorite, American Bald Eagles.

We have elk, bear, and deer roaming the campground as well as eagles searching the waterways to fish AND taking an occasional bath! Always something to see!

There are trails to explore on foot along with some of the township roads opening up for ATV’s. Fred’s Wood Trail is just a stone’s throw away from the campground en route to what the locals call “The Top of the World” where you literally get a birds-eye view of the surrounding area.

There are also many attractions to visit including Keystone Elk Country Visitors Center, Sinnemahoning Wildlife Center, George B. Stevenson Dam, and Alvin R. Bush Dam. The Driftwood Saloon and Grill is within walking distance of the campground where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks.

A short scenic drive will take you to Table Falls and a drive up Wykoff Run Road will let you enjoy the numerous waterfalls while driving without leaving your car. There are also occasional pull-offs where you can take a short path to see even more of our natural beauty.

Dave was a great host and helped get set up after we came in after dark. It was a nice, well kept site with good options for more secluded and more populated spots. The group of the hosts' friends were very friendly.

The location makes this spot a perfect staging ground for trips to the Pennsylvania Wilds' Elk Scenic Drive. We saw elk in the nearby Winslow Hill and George B. Stevenson Dam, both within 30 minutes by car. It sounds like elk often sleep on the field at the campsite as well.

Great location and friendly and helpful host. It's a large campsite with a few different options, both in the woods and in the midst of RVers. We were woken up by the sounds of bull elks bugling, which was perfect. Also one of the most starry skies I've ever seen.

Dave and his son Ben wee excellent hosts. Either one of them can be found on the property any time. They were always willing to help should you need something or answer any questions. Property is well maintained. Sitting at your camp site when out of the woods come the elk. Such an awesome sight. The elk would stay all night long grazing on the food plot planted by Dave. Numerous deer could also be visible throughout the evening. I will definitely be back next year .

I genuinely enjoyed my stay at Dave’s campground. It was laid back and relaxing compared to the busy touristy atmosphere in Bennezette. We had a beautiful view and elk entertaining us every evening! Dave was also very helpful with everything! I can’t wait to go back!
