Description

Which came first, the river or the creek? No need to answer because both parallel Olalie Lake Campground! Not to be confused with the Olallie Lake (in Mt. Hood National Forest), this grouping of 17 sweet spots is ripe for the tenting, car camping, or trailering. The lower loop dishes up dang good views of both the river and the creek, and in the off-season, you’ll only find access to the upper loop with no service and no fees (score?) Check website for closures.
