It was exactly what Maria explained, a place to remove yourself from the daily grind. It was the best way to catch up on some relaxation and some time with friends. Not only did we check off some wineries on our list, but we got to see the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival which is only 45 minutes away from your stay. The guesthouse really offers tranquility and creative inspiration, so I recommend if you are staying for a short time, see the sites before and after you arrive, because you won't want to miss your time there. But don't feel as if you are far away from the sites, because you are very close to downtown through the scenic backroads. We appreciated the large kitchen allowing all of us to participate without stepping on each others toes. I highly recommend getting up for the sunrise and really taking in all the beautiful views from each deck, its much more relaxing then sleeping in. This is a great space for friends to catch up or a family to get much needed time together.

cabin lodgingThe kitchen was huge, we kept finding more and more that it had to offer. Definitely plan to get your cook on in this home. They have a large deck at its entrance that is perfect for your daily yoga routine. This caught our eye immediately as we walked in, what a beautiful reading nook.
