Dorothy lane is between Earl Lane and Pine Creek Loop.
Please know that there is currently construction happening on the cabin next door, which goes from approximately 8am until 5pm. If you're out doing things during the day, this shouldn't be a problem, as construction ends early evening for campers to enjoy the space.

The Wild River Sanctuary was an Amazing find!! The property has a ton of features, private docks and an amazing creek to float! Robert was a great host and super helpful when doing the meet & greet check in - We look forward to our next stay there!
Great place to stay and easy drive to crater lake. Although the directions are accurate, campsite was very hard to find in the dark, so i reccomend getting there before sun goes down. Campsite was clean and cedar chips helped avoid bug bites. Only downside was property is getting renovated so didn’t feel like wilderness but was a great place to pitch a tent and explore central Or.
Robert's place is the best hip campsite we had in the last three weeks.
It is a paradise, very quiet and at a lovely creek with docs specially made for the two camp sites with a bucket shower and lovely little sun powered lamps to guide you to the A frame outhouse.
We will recommend this place to all our friends.....!!
The place was dreamy and Robert was very helpful and friendly. The dock on the beautiful creek was great for eating, writing, reading, yoga and stargazing. Solar powered lights around the place made for a magical evening. The outdoor shower was nice even in cooler weather. It was a serene stay with nice touches.
The one downside was human noises - neighbors doing construction, traffic on the freeway... As this is my first HipCamp experience, I'll look at maps more carefully in the future for more remote places.
Crescent creek was picturesque and lovely. We rented both sites for two families with kids ranging from 4-6. We felt safe and enjoyed swimming in the creek, floating the creek and visiting nearby lakes. The docks were a peaceful spot for relaxing on or playing from.
Our stay at Wild River Sanctuary was fantastic (minus the mosquitoes) But its nature, not alot you can do. Didn't meet Robert. I think we barely missed him our second day, But the place was clean, easy to find, and very quiet. We were a little bit concerned about the "construction noise" however during the time we were there the crews didn't work at all. Will consider coming back next summer.
