The charming family run operation was welcoming from the start. Kevin and his daughter were perfectly engaging, and the room was comfortable and stylish -- a little woodsy retro vibe which was so perfect for the setting. The bed was perfectly firm and I fell asleep to the sound of crickets and the quiet gurgle of the river just outside.

Great motel! Even better hosts - Kevin and family goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. One example of this generous hospitality is them not charging us for late checkout when our next destination cancelled due to wildfires. We stayed over by 4 hours while trying to figure next steps, all the while Kevin provided us valuable information and ensured we can stay as long as needed.
We loved our time here. The room was extremely clean and Kevin was helpful. Our toddler had a great time watching the deer, running around, and dipping her toes in the water.
