Cedar Creek Cabin is situated on the bank of a year round creek under large Cedar trees. Sit on the covered porch no matter the weather and enjoy the sounds and scenes of nature! Retreat inside to the cozy cabin and read a good book, play a game or take a nap! This is the ideal place to come, unwind and just be. Inside the cabin is a woodstove for keeping warm during the cold months (we provide the firewood). There are 2 twin beds equipped with Pendleton quilts and wool blankets as well as a sleeping loft that can accommodate 2 sleepers with a Queen size mattress. The cabin itself sleeps 4 people comfortably if everyone would like a bed. During the summer months pitch a tent, or sleep on the covered front porch to accommodate additional sleepers. We can provide an additional 2 cots if requested but you will need to bring your own bedding for the cots. This is an off grid cabin however we have a generator that can be used for lights and electrical plug-ins. The cabin is constructed from trees we've harvested using a sawmill and as well as Redwood and Douglas Fir salvaged from an old water tower deconstructed locally on the mountain. This will be a true delight to all who stay. :)
Currently an outhouse is provided located where you park your car. It is a short walk away. We can help haul your gear but the cabin is a short hike so be prepared for a jaunt through the woods...don't worry it's worth it!!

The vibe at Crystal Creek Cabin
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
We loved the Crystal Creek Cabin, it is truly a perfect, intimate slice of paradise. The cabin itself is cozy and beautifully maintained, with comfy beds and big windows. There was even a little coffee machine setup and a small generator provided. The cabin stayed cool inside when it started to get hotter in the early afternoon. It was such a treat just to relax on the hammock and listen to the sounds of the creek and the forest.
Rachel and her husband were such wonderful hosts. They radiated kindness that immediately made us feel at ease. Plus, they have three sweet, energetic dogs that wandered to the cabin a few times to play with us during our stay. Talk about an extra fun perk!
We look forward to staying here again.
