Our Hipcamper space is 'mostly' level, gravel, oversized turnaround, parking area. We do have renter's for our storage units but they rarely visit up here. Occasionally, delivery drivers use our large turn-around driveway to head back down the road as we are located on a narrow dead-end road, suitable for one oversized vehicle at a time.
We have a new Airstream on order and we plan to convert this location into Airsteam lodging for our guests, so check back in May if that is of interest to you.
*Please note that there is a popular road nearby, so there is sometimes very light road noise, but not much and not often. *Please note that the trailer in the picture is not for rent or part of the experience.

This site is AMAZING. The view was incredible, the host was so kind and welcoming, and we were still able to access wifi on our hotspot for work. The site itself is beautiful, and the view (again) was very hard to beat. We will definitely be booking again!
Nice spot with beautiful views. The host has set up a nice spot that’s pretty level and easy to maneuver. The host is kind and helpful. I like to camp solo and I felt perfectly safe at this site. The post mentions mild road noise; while there is a road close, the traffic level is low and I didn’t find it to be a problem.
What a great experience! We spent a few days in Northern Oregon and for our last night we just wanted an easy in and easy out no fuss type of night...we sure did get it. Our 26ft trailer pulled right in, site area is large and has a gravel turn about that made getting in/out simple.
The spot to have your RV faces towards a beautiful view the valley below, completely private. Movable fire pit was great. Water & electricity as host stated. ULTRA clean, safe and secure.
Peter was incredibly gracious and kind; I can't imagine how anyone could be more welcoming. He put everyone in our group so much at ease. The land is breathtakingly beautiful-- pictures don't even do it justice! I love the location, right in wine country. It would be perfect for a weekend of wine tasting, relaxing under the vast starry sky, and exploring the town or local trails. My family enjoyed our visit so much, we all hope to return!

Thank you Trish! We hope you stay again someday! And yes, the road noise is mild and not much of an issue, but it’s not perfectly silent so I just wanted others to be aware of that in case they are sensitive to that. Happy camping :)
