Our Private Land is located along the Oregon Coast. Daily you can hear the ocean roar and smell the fresh air off the water. It is a forest area accessible by trails that all link together. There is also a very nice trail off our land to a nearby city trail that will lead you to Agate Beach. You will see coastal evergreens and deciduous trees with all sorts of other bush

Our Private Land is located along the Oregon Coast. Daily you can hear the ocean roar and smell the fresh air off the water. It is a forest area accessible by trails that all link together. There is also a very nice trail off our land to a nearby city trail that will lead you to Agate Beach. You will see coastal evergreens and deciduous trees with all sorts of other bushes and flowers that you typically find along the Oregon Coast. Some of the wildlife on the land such as blacktail deer and many species of birds are seen and heard on most days. Enjoy the beauty, but please do not approach or feed the wildlife. You will see breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, the Yaquina Bay Bridge, the Yaquina Head Lighthouse, and Big Creek Reservoir. These landmarks can be seen randomly throughout your walk on the trails and from the campsites. There are beautiful sunsets and sunrises. On a clear night you can see the constellations, undisturbed by city lights. https://www.mbwarrenenterprises.com/

This camp was private, clean and had a lovely view. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had the best experience possible during our stay. They provided a porta-potty and hand washing station.

Our stay at Oceanview Rock Ridge was fantastic. The site is very large and private with amazing views from the top of the ridge. We booked another trip while we were still there - so that should be a testament of how much we loved it! The hosts, Mike and Tonia, were so kind and generous. We can't wait to go back next week!

The land is beautiful and the hosts are amazing. Such a hidden gem, a bit of wilderness tucked right outside of Newport, close to all the sights and beaches, but with a quick get away from all the hustle and bustle of the tourism.

The site was perfect. Quiet, secluded, but not far from the town. Miles of hiking onsite. Daily visits from birds and deer.

Great communication. Mike dropped off warm water for hand washing. Clean pot-a-potty. Firewood waiting for us. Easy to find. Nice views. Open and mowed space on top of a hill. Very nice find! We didn’t look for the trail to the beach, but it’s a nice beach.
