RVs can now be accommodated at The Grove! As can many tents - there’s a lot of space here!

The river is a short 150 yard walk away. Picnic table, toilet, water and fire ring provided in The Grove - garbage and recycling provided in The Meadow ( same 150 yard walk). See our listing for The Meadow at North Fork.

The Grove is peaceful and serene, with the breeze sighing above you. It’s much cooler here on those hot summer days, too! It is alongside our long driveway, instead of near the public road, so a bit more private. You can see our house from there and a very quiet neighbors house is nearby as well. Neither of these are within the “viewscape”, so we know you’ll still love it!

(If our Riverside site is not occupied, it can be used for access to the river, if it is occupied, access the river another 200 yards upstream at the public swimming hole. We want Riverside campers to have the same privacy as Grove campers!)

We really enjoyed our stay at The Grove at North Fork, and would certainly camp here again! The directions were easy to follow and Google maps also lead us right to the spot. Pam and Bill were great hosts, Pam met us just shortly after we arrived and let us know about where the creek was, and the instructions for the little VSA toilet- it was an unexpected surprise to have our own bathroom accommodations. My partner and I slept great on the soft ground in our tent and our friend slept in his hammock, we were all very comfortable. There are about 4 great spots to put up a tent among the trees, all nicely shaded, we choose to sleep near the field to watch the stars. The boys were really in awe about the grill that was provided, it had some really cool bells and whistles, like a spit for whole chickens or fish. During dinner there were quite a few bees buzzing, but they calmed down after the food went away. If you’re someone who’s sensitive or scared of bees this might not be the place for you as the neighbors have some hives. In the morning we headed down to walk along the creek and saw the other campsites on the property- The Meadow and The Creek-side camp spot. Both have access to the outhouse, and similar accommodations, very nice and clean. Thanks for a great stay, we’d love to return!

Alsea Oregon, the nearest little town. There are provisions at the local store (not pictured here ;) Serenity Grove at North ForkNice wading in the cool water. Dinner time visitor, a beautiful praying mantis.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! We’ve continued to make improvements to the Grove - the grill has relocated to a much better area once we remedied the fire danger by removing some of the dead limbs. We hope to have you back soon!

Bill was so great - we forgot to call before we lost cell service, but we found the place no problem and he was there to meet us right when we pulled in! Everything was super well kept and Bill and his wife were great hosts.

The site was huge, lots of privacy and a great place to wake up in the morning. Will definitely stay again if we're back in the area.

This was my first time being a hipcamper. Such a great idea for everyone involved. My host and accommodations for our dogs were better than expected. Looking forward to our next visit at the Grove or wherever hipcamp takes us next.

Absolutely perfect camp site to relax and get away! Having three dogs it can be hard to find a spot with enough space and privacy. Serenity Grove gave us just that. Although there were other campers, we could barely see them and definitely could not hear them. The trees offered a fantastic amount of shade and I was able to comfortably put up my hammock. The swimming hole was peaceful, beautiful, and a very short walk. the grill/fire pit just made the whole thing that much better! Bill and Pam were very gracious when we arrived. They met us at the site and gave us good information about the surrounding area and amenities. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a fabulous time at North Folk and recommend it to all. We have small children and the Grove was perfect - the camping spot itself is isolated a distance from the road and water but is a quick bike ride/walk down to a beautiful quiet spot on the creek. The hosts were kind and friendly and the site was large open and equipped with a fabulous grill/fire pit, table and composting toilet. It is in a beautiful area and we did a really nice hike at Mary’s Peak while we were here.

Beautiful views of rolling hills while the campsite was perched in a valley between foothills of the coastal range. Beautiful every day, with amazing bird sightings like golden hawks, eagles, and vultures. Would totally recommend this spot for anyone looking for a casual getaway.

If it weren’t for the great host and hostess I would want to keep this a secret. The grove is great. Loved our stay.
