My small family thoroughly enjoyed Mike's property! We got to choose between a couple of different sites and both were pretty nice. We enjoyed hanging out at the large fire pit at night seeing the deer feed. We got to watch the chickens, and pet his well behaved dogs. My son enjoyed the quad and playing basketball. The set up was so relaxing and just what we needed. The little barn was pretty cool too! Mike was very accommodating and extremely nice! I definitely recommend Mike's place for families, and anyone for that matter.

Immaculate amenities, numerous beautiful spots, almost too gracious and hospitable hosts (I never knew there was such a thing!) we loved the Christmas tree farm camp and will be back!
Mike met us upon arrival even though we arrived later than we said. He gave us the option of two sites and we chose the one we felt was more private. He had a bale of hay available for us to pad the space to make is softer. If you're allergic to hay, you may want to bring gloves to use. There was an outhouse near the sites equipped with cleaner and hand sanitizer. The barn was very clean and so nice to take a hot shower! We also did a load of laundry and washed our dishes since we had been camping for a few days. (Thank you to whomever washed our soaking pot!) We needed to add another night and the host was very accommodating!! So nice that wood is available for the community firepit! We also saw many deer, including a buck, and a little family of baby bunnies outside our tent! We stayed here to be within driving distance to Silver Falls and discovered a cute covered bridge on our way there! We had a great visit and would recommend to others!
This was our first Hipcamp experience and everything went super smooth. Mike happily accommodated our request of late check in. The campsite was a standalone site with a picnic table. We loved the site.
If you are traveling through this part of Oregon or even near. GO TO THIS CAMP! First of all Mike and Stephany are absolute gems of people. Extremely accommodating, laid back, and friendly. The campgrounds spread 3 acres with shaded and sunny areas and a meadow like pasture with flowers blooming all across it. They have a full shower house with awesome water pressure and kitchen, dining area, and board games as well. They have late night campfire access and they even provided really solid crackly firewood for us. Oh and the best part was they feed deer on the property. At Least 6-7 deer came down and spent the night around us just hangin out. 10/10 would stay here again and would go out of my way to stay here again. Thanks Mike and Stephany!
Considering booking this place? I vote you should. The property is private, quiet, and cozy with tons of perks like the biggest firepit you could imagine, as well as the kindest most gracious hosts you'll ever encounter!

Awwwwww.... Thank you Danielle!! I so hope to see you again. I loved hearing the laughter!!!
Wow! Mike and Stephanie have THE BEST camp property. Beautiful grounds, a converted barn with real shower, kitchen, laundry (!!!) And the biggest fire pit ever.
Locked and gated entrance, felt super safe. 3 very sweet puppers. And just the most pleasant hosts I've ever met. The farm fresh eggs from the coop made for a wonderful breakfast. An oasis in a sea of traveled roads.
Will be back for sure.
Way to go!

We enjoyed hearing your stories from sitting at the campfire to chatting in the barn! We look forward to your next visit!! Don't forget to let us know when your established in Colorado, we would LOVE to try your dishes! Did you try the boiled egg recipe I told you about? :) Stephany & Mike
My first Hipcamp and it could not have been better! I was on my first solo journey, wanted to ensure I can dry camp totally by myself, but be near help if I needed it. Stephanie and Mike were wonderfully supportive, checked in with me everyday (I was there for one week) and encouraged me all the way. Mike came up one day, and made sure I had what I needed to be warm through a predicted below freezing night. Stephanie brought me flowers and a balloon to celebrate my birthday (83!). Many kindnesses.
Eggs from the chicken coop! A fresh caught tuna steak. And the dogs! Trigger, Annie and Boo were sweet and showed my two dogs the farm, day after day, for hours. The property is totally fenced. I was careful, as clearly requested, to keep my dogs inside at dusk and, as promised, a small herd of deer came across the field to feed.
We opted for a level gravel pad at the top of the hillside, facing south and down the meadow. There are other choices, too. A flat area next to a barn for a trailer. In that barn is a kitchen and comfy loft (also available for guests). In the trees are some beautiful tent sites and one trailer/tent site. Outhouse is cute and pristine.
We will be back. Fishing in the area, back roads to wander. Albany is close by. Farm is about 15 minutes off I-5, a lovely place to stop for the night if you are traveling that highway.
Loved it.

Sandra, It was so great getting to know you and your awesome dogs! You know what you are doing when it comes to your trailer and tow rig! I am glad we were able to be your first solo destination! I do so hope we see you again, and this next time, I hope your family can make it for the weekend! I am glad to hear you made it home safe. Steph & Mike
What a wonderful destination. The shower especially was hot and with great water pressure.
The Christmas trees were less developed then we expected and the property a bit smaller, but we still had tons of privacy. The location is just far enough from Lebanon that we were in the country, but we were still able to comfortably get out our ebikes and explore the trails around town.
