We loved this spot! It was beautiful and very secluded and quiet. Would recommend an SUV vehicle since you drive through the field to set to the pond. The little boat was super cute. Make sure you bring everything you need to be comfortable! Joni had awesome communication.

We had such an amazing time here. Joni was a wonderful host - very helpful and accommodating. The site had all we needed - a fire pit with a Santa Maria-style grill, camp chairs and multiple tables. The site itself was right next to a beautiful pond and wandering horses. Would come back in an instant.

This site is indeed beautiful with the pond, field, and horses nearby. However, there are not many amenities if you’re looking for that. I’d recommend bringing all the gear you’ll need to make this an enjoyable stay.

Thank you si much for reviewing your stay. It is so gorgeous right now with everything shi green. It was the end if season and dry when you were here. I will very shine updated pictures this week before we hay the fields.
Joni’s land was something out of a dream. A bird watchers paradise. There is plenty of seating, tables, and a great fire pit to cook on. I would recommend bringing a shade structure as there is not a ton of shade. The pond was beautiful, our friends pup had a ball swimming in it. Joni was so sweet and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.
Joni was very helpful and welcoming! We only stayed for a night but enjoyed the expansive views of the property during sunset as well as the peace and quiet. The land was a bit wet from recent rains so we opted to car camp, but really it’s the environment that counts here and we had a lovely time!
I had such a good time here with my pup. The day that I went, there were four more campers besides me, but I still had enough privacy to enjoy camping by the pond. People who reserved the spot by the pond(first come first serve) have access to the one big fire pit and a bench table, but Joni was able to find me a portable fire pit and a side table that I could borrow for the night. Joni was very helpful in every way. The view was very quaint and beautiful. Highly highly recommend it!

Beautiful area and several fields to choose a site from. Joni was super friendly and attentive. The horses were beautiful to watch, and the creek nearby was nice to dip in.

A large pile of excellent firewood was supplied at the large fire pit. The pond is teeming with bird, fish, butterflies and dragonflies. Very scenic, peaceful meadow. The nearby creek beneath the covered bridge is a hidden gem. The horses and border collies are sweet and friendly.

Camping by the pond was perfect! We got there early so we were able to grab the spot with the fire pit and tables. Another group showed up and hung out at the other end of the pond, so Joni brought them down tables and a fire pit to use as well so we could respect social distancing. The property was beautiful and I highly recommend walking down to the river under the white bridge. I would recommend bringing canopies to provide shade in the heat but overall it was a great experience!

Thank you sho much for the review. The river under the white bridge seems to be a hit with a lot of our campers. We are going to put a couple more fire pits in and finish the tiny house. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again

Thank you so much for these review. Beautiful pictures too. In a couple weeks the little creek you drive thru to get to the pound will be all dried up. Hope you come back again
