Our stunning Many Lakes Native American Teepee, is available for camping. We developed several sites (so far 5) with lots of sites for regular campers as well. (Listed separately). Each tipi is the Lakota Sioux genuine Native Tipi, with a fire pit inside and 4 mattresses. There is a rug outside and inside to PLEASE remove your shoes before you go inside. You may park right up beside the tipi. It's a once in a lifetime experience! Experience staying in a tipi, reserve a guided horse ride with us(separate reservation and cost), and see what the West is REALLY like from the Native perspective. (We are both Native). Most campgrounds have campers right on top of each other. Ours gives you room to hike, see the wildlife, trees and room for privacy just down from Crater Lake. In this 450 acre horse ranch, 5 acres is for campsites and tipis. We have wildflowers, you have space to 'be' here, and that's how we plan on keeping it. We just have a dirt road, and no electricity, all is solar in our desire to keep compatible with the national forest that we are beside. The norm here is to hear the buzz and whir of hummingbirds, dragon flies and birds of all kinds. You can see the stars at night, and hear cows & sheep off in the distance, and since we are beside Crater Lake Highway, we are an easy distance to Crater Lake, so you will hear some traffic now and then. But the road is somewhat hidden by many very tall pine and cedar and juniper trees. You are across the street from Pelican Butte, a beautiful mountain range, and also see Agency Lake off in the distance. We now have a propane shower for our campers with extended hours as we have added electricity to the shower only. Check out a towel with us at the office and shower for free with your campgrounds fee, and porta potties and wash stations are also available.

This was a last minute plan for the family and it worked out great. Our boys thought it was the coolest place to stay and they had everything we needed.

We so much enjoyed having you and your family here. Your boys are just cuter than cute and so well behaved. We look forward to you coming back.

Kori was very helpful and sweet. We were a little delirious from a long drive and she was patient and accommodating and helped get us set up quickly.

Unique experience, but loud barking

Tipi was clean and large and the hosts accommodating. They even had a mosquito incense thing to keep the bugs away. So cool to be able to have a fire in a tipi. The site however was quite loud at night. There were what sounded like packs of dogs barking all night, and you’re next to a road. If you are sensitive to sound, this might not be the site for you. It’s also pretty dusty in the summer.
