We look forward to sharing our small Willamette Valley family farm with you! We are just 5 minutes off of 1-5 between Portland and Salem, OR. Walk or bike to Champoeg State Park's Museum or the Butteville Store for ice cream, live music and Saturday night dinner. (closed during Covid:( ). But hopeful it will reopen in Summer of 2021! We have one acre of trellised apple trees, and a cider house where cider is pressed and made. Go to bed to the sound of coyote howlsand crickets. Wake up to rooster crows and a pasture of farm animals, including sheep, goats, and a llama named Cocoa. Available camp site with power, sewer, water hookup. We can direct you to a path that takes you directly to Champoeg State Park. You will have to walk on the main road for a few hundred feet.

The hosts were welcoming and friendly. We are a family of three with an eight year-old child. We enjoyed waking up to the faint sounds of sheep and a rooster. Our delightful view was of forest on one side and the animal pasture on the other. We watched newborn lambs, sheep, a goat, a llama, and a friendly rooster while we ate and throughout the day. We took a morning walk to, and later went on a bike ride in, Champoeg State Park. The close proximity to Champoeg State Park was great. The utility hookups were convenient. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely return/recommend this location to others.
