This was the perfect place to stop.
Very easy access. Only a few miles from the 5. And up the road there is so much magic to discover.
Rahmana is an amazing person that makes her an awesome host!
The site is flat and easy to camp.
Beautiful wild life, berries and many other fruits.
Recommend to anyone who needs a break or just want to discover beautiful nature.

Nur and Dollev are the hippest of campers!!!! Campers like this make a host so pleased to host. Fun, intelligent, gentle, helpful, kind, witty, respectful, thoughtful, are just a few of the adjectives to describe my experience with them, oh and flexible as a willow tree!!!

Rahmana is a super sweet host with an awesome piece of property! She took me to a secret local swimming hole, let me pick figs from the tree, and even cooked me a delicious organic breakfast! Even though this spot is her backyard, I saw more wildlife than I could have imagined! Deer roam freely, birds of all kinds, and of course her free range chickens and kitties roam the property. I set up my tent under the shade of a large walnut tree, but there are many spots to choose from. When she is home, the bathroom is free to use, and if not, there is an outhouse in the yard. I enjoyed walking around the property, picking berries, and laying in my tent listening to the wildlife. Because of all the animals, it was a lot for my dog to handle. If you're traveling with a dog that likes to chase chickens or cats, this may not be the best place for you. That being said, Rahmana is an animal lover and worked with me to let my dog roam once the chickens went to bed, which was very thoughtful.

If you just sit for awhile, you will most likely see deer walk by! The fire pit...wasn't able to have a fire this time because it's fire season, but I imagine it would be awesome at this spot! The awesome swimming hole the host took me to! Walking around the orchard

Rahmana was very gracious in accepting my evening request and showing me where I would be able to set up. I set up in a clearing of her beautiful homestead and felt utterly secluded, not a minute from where I parked.
Her homestead is something to be admired and appreciated.

We had such a lovely time camping at the Deer Creek House! Rahmana Was an incredibly gracious host who gave us some awesome recommendations on walking trails nearby and things to see and do around her property. There was so much nature surrounding the space I barely remembered we were in her backyard!

Right off the highway, we had no problem finding the spot. Once we picked a spot for our camp and cooked dinner, Rahmana chatted with us by the fire while her two cats roamed around curiously. Definitely a great space for animal and nature lovers of all kind!
