Great location
This property is amazing. Right on the river and extremely quiet. The only structure for miles is the owner's house about 300 meters away. You could literally fish off the porch here. The cabin was nicely supplied with everything you could need, including a 5-gallon bottle of drinking water. I have Verizon cellular and I had absolutely zero reception out here and had to drive about 20 minutes to get a single bar, so plan accordingly. Thanks Chris!

I had a great stay at this little cabin on the river! It was the perfect little get-away. You can tell how much work they put into the place to make it so special, they also included a lot of extras like blankets, pillows, pots, dog dishes/leashes and more. Super thoughtful and great hospitality. I would love to come back some time.

Wonderful escape
We loved our stay! The location was fantastic; such a beautiful drive just getting to the cabin. We took advantage of the stove and made a delicious meal and enjoyed it while watching and listening to the peaceful nature. The cabin has lots of fun little touches and feels very cozy. Bonus: the cleanest port-o-potty I’ve ever used (and I’ve used a lot)! Would - and hope to - return some day for a longer stay!!

I loved the atmosphere it was very romantic the only thing that I would change is more power and maybe an upgrade to the fouton. I let Chris the host know that it was going to be my husband and my 17th wedding anniversary and they left us some champagne and cheesecake I thought that was very thoughtful. other than that it was simply beautiful

Great location in a national forest. Don't expect cell service and honestly who needs it when you are enjoying nature. Awesome little cabin and perfect for a family of two with pets or a small family. Everything you need is provided and there are great little extras all around like outdoor lighting, an outdoor seating area, portable gas fire ring and a wonderful camp chef cooking station. We really enjoyed our time here!
