Welcome to LeisureLand, a small intentional community founded in 1998. We have friendly residents, rustic art, vintage trailers, cottages,  gardens and Coast Range beauty all around. Come share our magic.

Pitch your tent  or park your campervan with us. You can drive right to your campsite, and your host is only a few steps away. Your campsite is in a shady grove of Alder trees, where lush soft ground awaits you just a few steps from the river.  No city noise or light will intrude on your relaxation time. No jets overhead, traffic count of less than 10 cars per day on the road! Nearest store/gas: 17 miles.

We have river access and some designated areas to explore on the land. If you're up for it, try taking a drive up the mountain or taking a hike at Sweet Creek Falls, just a half hour away! Ask for more information upon arrival

In the summer, enjoy one of several swimming holes along the road, or simply sit in the river and enjoy the sun only a few yards from your camp. For railfans, the CBR (Coos Bay Rail Link) shortline has tracks through our land! We get two trains a day, all lumber, no hazmat.

Birding! Check it out in the Spring and Summer for Violet-green and Tree Swallows performing amazing acrobatics as they feed their babies in our nestboxes. Also seen here: eagles, osprey, kingisher, grosbeaks, finches, vultures, hawks, jays, sparrows, and many other forest and river birds
There are even free-range chickens here, though they tend to stay further up the land. While were talking about the wildlife, if you're lucky you'll get to see a family of deer coming for lunch just a few yards away. They love to come and lay in the grass and early Summer mornings you can see mom and babies walking up the road.

Your site is semi-private as we do have friendy residents that may walk by. Your host's trailer will be in sight and a rarely traveled gravel road is nearby as well. The middle field is available for exploration, but the lower field, all cabins/trailers and the house are by invitation only.

Complimentary gram of marijuana per day. (Ask your camp host upon arrival) As we do offer marijuana on the land we would like to have guests of 21 years old or older please. If you would like to message me about this I would love to discuss it with you.
