A wonderful site! Great location, close to many amazing outdoor adventures, but not so far from town you can’t get the necessities. We were greeted with local information, adventure tips, and felt very welcome. Great spot for dogs too :)

Would definitely recommend, and will be booking again!!

The hosts are super nice and very helpful. The ‘site’ has full hookups, which is awesome, but you’re staying on their gravel driveway, in a neighborhood. No picnic table or anything. Pluses: you have access to some outdoor spaces to run the dogs, their yard to play cornhole in and you are the only trailer there. Beautiful views of the mountains, but you look over their Above ground septic field to see them. If they had a site back in the field and put a table and a spot for a fire, it would be worth the money. I can stay in my own driveway.

We appreciate your review as we are new Hipcamp hosts and are always seeking to improve our spots. Both of our RV hook up sites were add-on extensions to our drive way. They both sit askew from our drive which were flattened and graveled. The "above ground septic mound" is actually our grey water sand filter, which is required to be above ground due to the nature of the zoning here (wetlands). We are currently upgrading the site to add a fence and plantings along with an area patch of grass right at the site--although many folks enjoy spreading out on our 3 acres of grass.

The hosts, Monique and Jeff, were extremely friendly and helpful. The site is nice, with full hookups, nice mountain views and close to a lot of recreation opportunities. If you like kayaking and fishing, there are several options. Recommend this place for a weekend getaway.

This was our first experience using a Hipcamp site and we couldn't have picked a better place!! The hosts were absolutely the BEST!! They offered us free use of the area and gave us tips and literature of all the surrounding places and activities. We thoughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Lazy River Ranch.

The hosts were helpful and friendly, but not intrusive. The site had everything we needed, with a gorgeous view of the mountain.
We had plenty of room to play with our dog, which I loved. The area itself is beautiful, with lots to do. When we come back to the area, we would love to stay here again.

Very quiet and private with views of pastures and horses and alpacas. Monique and Jeff went out of their way to greet us and To share a thick stack of pamphlets and brochures describing things to do while we were there. A drive over scenic route 42 was the highlight of our trip. They are working on getting WiFi coverage to the sight.

Our hosts, Jeff, Monique and Cody were fabulous! We felt so welcome. Our dogs enjoyed running around their 3 acre property and we enjoyed sitting by the firepit and making s'mores. The full hookups worked well, and the site itself was flat gravel. We will return here the next time we go to Paulina Lake!

It is a large lot, so accessibility was easy. It is located within an easy drive to Newbery and other lakes. LaPine is close enough for food and gas. Nice view of the mountain. Another review complained about it being just a graveled lot. We found the description accurate. It wasn't Disneyland, but the hosts never implied it was. We chose it for price and location, and we're not disappointed. We had a little trouble turning around to leave, but we have crew cab long bed and 30ft 5th wheel. Host allowed us to pull into yard to make it easier.
