Dispersed camping is situated in a quiet corner of the farm, overlooking one of our three cranberry bogs. It is out of view of the main house in a fenced area, giving you a cozy, private experience surrounded by mature trees, roaming sheep and a cool ocean breeze.
Spend time hiking our 75-acre property, touring the farm via tractor and ATV, gathering around the fire ring or exploring the quaint, coastal town of Bandon. Traveling the coast via Highway 101? Stay with us on your way! Or, even better, make Black Moon Farms your multi-night getaway, enjoying the peace and quiet of life on the farm.
We’re also home to 30 sheep, wild lobster mushrooms and 12 ponds scattered around the property for irrigation and stock water. A five-acre grove of chestnuts is at the front of the property, along with numerous pine trees, redwoods, eucalyptus and a variety of shrubs.

Beautiful property. Safe and well maintained. Good for dogs. Lots of sheep. Good location if looking to access national forests or Flora Lake and Pacific Coast Trail.
Black Moon Farm is the perfect spot when staying in the Bandon area! We felt secluded, but with easy access to the hiway! There was a mix up with our reservation, but Nick and his family worked with us and made it all perfect! Beautiful spot, great farm animals, and great hosts!
A beautiful farm setting just in between Bandon and Langlois. Super quiet, l the sound of the waves sung us to sleep. Great for a basic camp.
Beautiful farm in peaceful setting with the sound of waves crashing at night. Made for a nice base to explore the surrounding area. Communication with Nick was easy and fast. Micheal the WOOFer was friendly and helpful. Recommended.
We just hipcamped for about a week and this was by far the best place. Nick was an incredibly progressive and friendly guy. His place is quite specialAnd the work that he's doing it is much-needed. Great animals, great people, great land, and we are so grateful.
Awesome place to stay! Beautiful property with sounds of the ocean. Great host!
Wonderful place to camp. Host was friendly and attentive.
This farm is absolutely amazing. We passed through dark groves of magnificent old growth trees and arrived at sunset. The place was lit up like a dream and and apart from the sound of distant ocean surf and bird song, all was quiet. A handful of lazy sheep were roaming about and more or less led us to our site. Our two year old was in heaven and we were too.
This place is magical! It is quiet, peaceful, and so so beautiful. We were greeted on arrival by a cheery cat and a very happy dog bounding up the lane with a tennis ball. Nick pulled up on a tractor not long after. After the warm greetings, it felt like we were all alone on this amazing property, free to explore, light a fire with the wood Nick provided, and look at the spectacular stars. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and can’t wait to go back.
