Raw Oregon land awaits you and your adventurous spirit. Pitch a tent, build a fire, and vacation among the Oregon stars and Ponderosa pines.

This 2.3 acre campsite is mostly level land with stands of Ponderosa Pines and natural clearings. This Parcel is located in Southern Oregon, in Klamath Forest Estates, not far from Klamath Falls, and is very near the town of Sprague River, where several small stores provide the local residents with all their supplies and basic shopping needs. There are currently about 35 full-time residents in the immediate area. A very short distance to the North is Winema National Forest, offering vast expanses of mountain land to explore. To the West is Klamath Lake, the largest lake in Oregon. A few minute drive to the South is the Nimrod River County Park. There are several major rivers in this area, including the Sprague River and the Williamson River. This campground is located on Ruffled Grouse Lane. Be respectful of surrounding homes and feel free to camp anywhere within the 2.3 acres. If you are unsure of the property boundary, see the coordinates and photos provided. If you are still unsure, contact me and I will advise you on. Be mindful of the land and treat it as if it were your own.

**PLEASE KEEP IN MIND**

This is legitimate raw camping. There is nothing on this land that will aid you - i.e potable water source, septic system, shower, firewood, etc. This camping spot is for experienced campers. Camping during the winter months is not recommended without an RV and supplies. Be sure to keep apprised of weather conditions and most importantly - Use common sense.

During the wet season, it's possible to get stuck in the mud. Take extra precautions. Until we place a sign, it may be difficult to pinpoint the location. Use the maps provided and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

This is a beautiful piece of land. There is a lot to do nearby with the town of Klamath Falls just 40 minutes away and Crater Lake nearby as well. This is perfect for a small group or large because of all the space for tents! Aysha was very responsive and so helpful too. Make sure you screenshot Aysha’s directions and pictures of the property location because there is no service once you’re out there. Thanks so much Aysha!

Found a perfect spot for the tent, there were many great choices! Nearby river that we passed when we were driving inSuch a beautiful space The road on the property that you can park off of and camp

Raw land, just what we wanted. Clear directions, central location. Cooooold nights and hot days. The fire helped a lot, plenty of wood around. I would suggest bringing an axe. Mostly friendly neighbors although we were reminded more than once to stay in the designated area.

The site was great for a night or two camp. Plenty of spots to pitch a tent and easy to park a car nearby. At night sky view was terrific, no light pollution so the stars were in full view. Overall a nice safe place to camp for families or inexperienced campers. My only caution is to check the land markers. They were there but had been knocked down making it a bit to identify the correct land plot.

A blue house close to the land parcel played very loud music every evening from 7pm to about midnight. There was old trash here and there. There were no plot markers to be found. The man who played the loud music informed us of robberies in the area and that the police had also stolen from him.
