This space has unbeatable views, but you have to be willing to camp truly raw. There is no designated fire ring or space, but there is so many acres of natural beauty, just bring your own gear and a sleeping pad (for the rocky dirt) and enjoy the spaciousness. Aysha, the host, was sooo communicative and kind.
A great spot for a view of the sunset over Mt Blanca as well as no one being around! Spent Memorial Day weekend there to visit nearby parks and while other parks had so many campers, there were none near our site. Would recommend for others to go here
Amazing views. Felt very secluded even though we could see far-off neighbors. Had a little trouble finding a flat spot for our tent, but we figured it out. Aysha was very responsive and kept us up to date on the wildfire situation, which thankfully wasn’t an issue.
