I was so excited to get out there and find my campsite. I did have to go to the house and ask where I was supposed to park because the instructions were a little confusing, but all in all, it was next to a creek, which is what I wanted

Delta Farm Stay
This review is because I feel the need to comment on the owner of the property and not the stay. I had a trip planned and at the last minute there was some family stuff that would not let me get away. I notified Aerica and told them that I wasn't looking for a refund but would still like to plan a future trip to their property. They were quick to respond and completely understanding that life happens. They were more than happy to host me in the future and thanked me for communicating with them.
I know this seems like a small thing but for ME this is huge. To have someone not take it personally and still be open to future endeavors just makes me more excited to spend time there.

Great experience overall. Nice stream near and car seats to sot in. There is a toilet available but no water. The site is next to the road and their home. But traffic is minimal. There is a dog that I wasn't told about and he wouldn't leave and ate my dinner but he wa friendly. Site goes but could use a.mow further into the field so you could camp near the river and hammock provided.

Delta Farm Stay
Aerica was kind and generous enough to approve of my last-minute request to stay on her property. Very quick responses and offered to help if I needed anything. But the stay was so straightforward that I didn’t need a thing! Easy to find my place to carcamp and felt safe all night. I’d just give a heads up that I was pretty close to the road - not too many cars passes during the night and it was really quiet considering.
Ran into Aerica on my way out of town and it was such a pleasure - such a kind, cool person!
I’d stay again!

Vehicle tent camp with 3 dogs
We came late, great spot to park our car as our tent set up is on our vehicle. Great location, quiet, with only a rare car coming by at night. Compost toilet great. Would come back

Delta Farm Stay
It is a safe place to park for the night. It was rainy so I could not really check it out. It is just off the main road. It was a little muddy. There is a fire pit area and a cool creek right there.. I was greeted by the host which was very helpful!
