Come and experience the natural beauty of Trent Hills!! Our property is 2.7 acres and is nestled amongst rolling farmers fields down a gravel country road. We are situated approximately 10 minutes outside of the small town of Campbellford, that is your quintessential rural, small Ontario town. Trent Hills is primarily an agricultural and recreational area. There is lots to do and see and you will not be disappointed. One of Campbellford's biggest attractions is the Ranney Gorge Suspension Bridge with many hiking trails throughout Ferris Provincial Park. We also have Westben Theatre around the corner from our homestead, The Heritage Museum, the World's Finest Chocolate Factory and so much more to explore! Enjoy a rustic glamping experience in a large canvas bell tent overlooking farmers fields with a stunning sunset at night. Sunset Hollow is fully equipped with solar power, wash up facility, fire pit, eating area and all the essentials to cook some tasty home cooked meals, and all the cosy accommodations to create a truly unforgettable experience. You will also get to experience our homestead where you will enjoy bunnies, guinea hens, chickens which produce fresh eggs daily, and goats! Come experience the small town and rural homestead living!

Sunset Hollow
This was an absolute favourite for us! Such a beautiful property and the surrounding area was fun to explore. The bed and tent were incredibly comfortable and the outdoor showers, campfire area and other amenities adorable. The sweet family accommodated us late at night and made great suggestions-like the roseneath fair and restaurants in the area. They even left beautiful farm fresh eggs for us! What a treat. Highly recommended.

Glamping with a twist!
Fantastic stay! It was a very cozy and unique experience. The hosts were welcoming and hospitable. Having the farm animals (bunnies, goats, chickens, peacok) was such a fun twist on this glamping experience. We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer.

We had such a lovely time at Emma’s homestead! The tent was super cozy, and it was so nice seeing the animals and the extensive gardens. The hosts were super responsive and answered any questions we had about the site. The fire pit and outdoor kitchen were an added bonus :)

The perfect camping experience
Beautiful property with lovely hosts. The tent is everything and more than what you could ask for when camping - smelled of eucalyptus, was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The hosts left farm fresh eggs, snow peas, tea, coffee and sparkling water for us upon arrival. The outdoor kitchenette was perfect - fit with a tabletop stove and BBQ, and all the dish-ware you would need to make your meals. The outdoor shower is incredible - recently built by the hosts and very private. The 2 muskoka chairs set by the fire allow for the perfect sunset view. Firewood is also available for purchase onsite. The hosts have goats, chickens and very friendly dogs and allowed us to visit their pens (and even pet their 6-day-old baby goat!). The land offers a zip line, trampoline and a playground for kids if you have them. It poured rain for almost our entire stay and we still had a wonderful time. :)
