This property has been in my family's name for the last 100 years where previously it was farmed and there was an apple orchard. The site where the tent frame is located used to be the house of my great-grandmother. The cozy tent has 2 twin-sized air mattresses and 2 double-sized air mattresses. There is lots of room for extra mattresses and mats that you may want to bring as well.  Bedding supplies will NOT be provided (sheets, blankets, and pillows). Bark Lake - Madawaska Valley’s largest lake, is a 10-minute walk to the closest crown land access point to the south and the boat launch/public park and beach is another 15-minute walk away. There is a beautiful, large waterfall 3km away by paddle and if you are brave enough, you can even slide down it. Hiking trails are available on the 50-acre property. And the east gate entrance to Algonquin Park is just 20 minutes away where more hiking, fishing, paddling, trail riding, and history learning awaits. I look forward to hosting you!

    The place has everything I needed. Just bring your sleeping gears and foods you will be fine. It was so quiet and peaceful during the night

    Awesome Glamping Experience !!!
    It was great to stay at Julie's Camp Site. Most of the things you need for camping will be available at the site. Best campsite for those who are new to Camping . Would recommend this place for sure :)

    Julie’s place made us feel right at home. We usually go car camping or backcountry and this was exactly in the middle of both. Would definitely recommend staying here it really is glamping and a great time.

    Beautiful peaceful stay
    My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night as a little get away. We were extremely pleased with the site. It had everything we needed (which is convenient for people like us who don’t have any camping gear). If you are looking for a quiet peaceful camp site and love star gazing then this is the perfect site for you!

    This was a perfect and well equipped spot for a little getaway with friends! The tent is incredibly spacious, and the outdoor cooking setup makes camp cooking a breeze. Very close to so many trails, too! Julie was a great host and always ready to help!

    😀 I would want to let everyone know that our stay at Julie's Glamping Under the Stars was an amazing experience. Hats off to Julie who made our stay very very comfortable. We left with amazing stories. Just keep one thing in mind if you see a black bear at night. It could be Barkley (very friendly BLACK FURRY Dog). Dont run away and hide in your car for over 30mins. 🤣 Like we did. Thank'sJulie for the experience.
