I camp a lot and for my fellow campers if you are looking for very good dispersed camping, Joe has it. His sites are walk-in and dry, but that makes it even more fun.
This is probably the best dispersed site I have stayed at in Oklahoma.

Joe was a great, friendly host!

It was our first time camping in Oklahoma and using Hip camp and it was great! The site was really clean and the trails on the site were private and beautiful!

Directions were clear to the house, the only tricky thing was I was unsure if it was the right property or not because I couldn't see the numbers but Joe did respond quickly to confirm.

He had two wagons so we could take our stuff all at once to our camp area, which was very private during our stay. When people did pass by, they were also quiet and very friendly. I did order the fire bundle as well, we bought an extra one down and both burned very well for the night.

They had a compose bathroom, there was access to the main bathroom using the backdoor. We could use the pool and hot tub whenever we liked, and there was a nice camp fire site by the main house where other people could hang out and talk.

The animals on the site are so cute! They had goats, dogs, chickens and a cat.
Overall, truly a lovely experience! I would love to go back, thank you to Joe again!

Words can’t express how AMAZING my stay was with Joe and Hailey. They are by far the best hosts I’ve ever had for any AirBnb/Hipcamp stay. Caring, warm, generous, and thoughtful, they made me feel like family. I reached out to Joe to ask about camping for my silent retreat and he assured me I would have the space I needed. They went out of their way to give me my space AND even chose not to allow the campsite next to me to be booked by others during my stay. Wow!

The land is magical. The winding trails through the forest felt like walking through a dream. To top it all off I stayed for the weekend for the Big Om yoga retreat they hosted and it turned out to be a wondrous weekend full of beautiful connection, new experiences and nourishment for my body, mind, and soul. I feel stuffed with goodness. I kept asking myself how it was possible for this stay to workout so well. It all truly felt like a gift. THANK YOU Joe and Hailey. I’m looking forward to the next stay :)

I loved this creekside bench that was right next to my campsite. I sat here meditating with a soundtrack of birds, crickets and a gentle breeze rustling through the trees

Such a beautiful place with wonderful people. Joe and Hailey were great. The site was clean and well maintained. The animals were adorable and taken care of. Including the sweet new baby goats. The kids had so much fun. We definitely plan to come back!

Everything was PERFECT! It was our first time camping and we could have not asked for a more wonderful experience. The campsite was private and quaint. We loved the trails and hiked and found secret paths. We caught our first fish while fishing. We had a wonderful campfire, right outside of our tent.
We want to return asap!

This is a great campsite! It’s on a beautiful property. It is very clean, and easy to figure out your way around. Joe was very nice to us and showed us the barn and let us pet his goats when we asked. Would highly recommend.
