Better than most hotels!
Ken was extremely helpful and nice. Even though we made some silly camping mistakes like forgetting to bring something or not knowing how to do something, he paused what he was doing and drove a mile out to help us out. He also has some great ideas for the property that I can wait to check out next time I'm in town. 10/10 host!
Great host and a cozy location!
Peace and quiet! Ken has cattle on the property and even they didn't bother us. Ken showed us to the campground, we talked a little bit, and then we were totally alone for the whole night. There was plenty of firewood around to collect and make fire with. Ken let us set up anywhere and even said we could build a fire ring. The nicest host anyone could ask for. He kept telling us "don't hesitate to message me if you need anything." I can't wait to come back in the summer and go swimming in the swimming hole.
The site for tent set up was mostly flat, with a fire pit in center. Large wooded area circled the site increasing privacy, and campy feel. Would tell anyone looking for a little civilization get away to bring their friends for the weekend.
Best camping spot ever
This piece of land is amazingly beautiful. I loved the free roaming cows that gave us a warm welcome visit when we first arrived. The far exceeded my expectations. Ken has something special here.
