We and Tiffany are both new to HipCamp. She was very accommodating opening her house for bath and shower. We were headed across Oklahoma to Texas and she let us park right by the corral to sleep in our Vans. Heard the Animals a couple of times briefly and saw roadrunners visiting the corral. Could also hear coyotes and hoot owls in the distance. We felt very safe and even more so after a friendly neighbor saw our lantern and stopped by to check us out. Apparently he patrols the back road in front of her farm on his way to his house. Obviously the price is right!!

Tiffany was very nice and welcoming. This site is great and there are a selection of areas to choose from. It is very private and plenty of room to spread out. There are lots of animals to interact with which is also very cool. We wound up setting up in the horse pasture and they came right up into camp. If you're not familiar with horses that might be a little intimidation so you'd want to setup in another area. But it was fun for us and our kids. Great for a one night adventure and within easy driving distance to several lakes and national parks.

We LOVED staying here! Tiffany and her family were super kind and friendly. We enjoyed meeting all the animals too. The property was gorgeous and peaceful.
A recommendation would be to add a gate to the fence and to have designated, leveled or mowed spots to set up a tent. Still, it was fun getting to pick out our own tent site. It made us feel like we were really camping off the beaten trail - which is what we wanted.

Tiffany is THE BEST. The location was secluded, quite, and unique. She gave me some firewood for a fire and some enormous farm fresh eggs on my way out. Highly recommend!

Tiffany was a great hostess! Her ranch is gorgeous and she has great plans to make it even better! She and her family are kind and helpful and I'm sure if I stayed more than one night they would have great ideas for what to do in the area.

Tiffany was so great. She took the time (late in the evening) to show us around a few sites. The site was very private and as expected. She had even provided firewood, tinder, and water for extinguishing at the site. I only wish we had gotten there earlier in the day so we could see all of her animals and the beautiful surroundings. Our stay was cut way short due to storms, but we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Fantastic host. Very accommodating and understanding. This is a great place to camp if you were staying inside your van. The areas for your tent needs the grass cut.

Beautiful setting. The farm animals are cute. The countryside is green and clean. The price is right. Clean showers and hot water.

It’s best to stay in closer to the house if you want bathrooms and water. You get the benefit of having supreme facilities right outside your tent.
