Hosts were extremely accommodating and super pleasant. The sites are a little close to one another, but the ones closest to us we're not occupied. Nice big fire ring and wooded coverage. Short walk to view the beautiful sunset over an open field. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean porta potty and close to all sites.Pull through #2 siteHidden Woods--Pull-Through #2Hidden Woods--Pull-Through #2

Great place to getaway. Had everything we needed. Quiet and our hosts were the best. We liked the site so much we stayed an extra day. Added benefit. Our hosts have a really good vegetable stand with in season produce grown on the farm. definitely take advantage of that!

A beautiful, quiet retreat from the noisy, stressful
city. Loved being surrounded by trees on every side. Wonderful, personable hosts that made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend!

For our first HipCamp experience, I have to say that this place was really nice! It’s tucked away in a just big enough wooded area with some really nice trees and a great open space for exploring. Right off of 32 but just far enough away from the highway. Sites are nicely done, level, super clean, gravel, shade, good fire pits, and spaced just enough apart from each other. Clean port o potty and water spigot on site (we didn’t use it though). We felt we were away from it all when we stayed, even though it’s about 40 min away from our home. We can’t wait to return for a getaway in our cargo camper. Hosts were super nice and quick to respond to my texts even though it was about 9pm! We recommend staying here and we will be back soon. Thank you hosts! It was a pleasure meeting you both!

This was one of my favorite camping experiences. Easy to access, and felt like I just plopped into a forest to set up a tent, in the best way. There was only one other couple camping when I was there and they were quiet. I was in spot #2. There was a beautiful sunset view and the site was clean and pleasant. It was fairly small, which worked great for me, but if you had a family of 6 it might be tight. I will mention that the porta potty door didn't fully close, so it couldn't lock, and the porta potty itself was pretty full. That didn't detract from the wonderful atmosphere. I absolutely look forward to returning and camping here again. I'd recommend the drive on 247, so beautiful, and I'd recommend Edge of Appalachia nature preserve--great spots.

Our 2nd stay and we will be back again! It’s so pretty and quiet there! Our site was super clean, they even had the leaves raked from our pull through site so we could see it. Highly recommend this HipCamp.

Thank you! My son took care of those leaves. I'll let him know it was appreciated.
