Camp behind our home on the hill overlooking a neighbor's pond, build a bonfire and watch the evening stretch it's sleepy arms and wake up. There are no designated spaces - find what suits you and pitch your tent. Be blessed enough to lay on the grass and see the shooting stars, or grab a guitar and a harmonica and let the creative music in you come alive. You might hear the deer try to snort you out or a raccoon sniff around the outside of your tent, but this is their home, too! Just say hi and go back to sleep. Play frisbee, a loose game of tackle football with your kids - whatever suits you. We have a variety of games you can borrow also. One rule - you must walk barefoot in the grass at least once before you leave. There is one communal bathroom inside the house and an outdoor shower at the back of the barn.

The vibe at Orchard Hills
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
a good spot if you're looking to just camp for the night or go over to the motor speedway. The orchard is really cool and theres a small wooded section next to it (what I camped in.) the area is a little close to the road but not super loud and theres a field where you can camp also. Theres a view of a pretty pond and a far away hilly tree line. The owner was very polite and you could tell she took care of the property.
