Beautiful property & amazing stars!
What a beautiful campground! The host Liz and her husband were so kind and welcoming! They made sure that we knew where everything was located. We had a tent site, but they also have beautiful cabins and yurts! The tent sites were set further back in the woods at different depths, so everyone had some sort of privacy without being able to hear others speaking! I didn't know when booking, but this is a meditation retreat, and you can feel the positive energy here. The stars were the most beautiful I've ever seen! I can't wait to come back here and camp again! :-)
Liz, you are so lovely !!! the heart center is the best place around for lodging, not to mention the beautiful location close to all the national parks! Liz is very accomadating, welcoming and warm ♡ I will always remember my time spent at the heart center! it's a one of a kind experience ♡
Loved spending the weekend camping at The Heart Center! The host, Liz, was so kind. She showed us some wonderful places to hike and sight see, giving super clear directions. We also enjoyed doing a mediation with her one evening. The campsites are all a little closer to one another than we expected, but we still felt like we had plenty of privacy. The facilities are very clean as well!!
The bad: The tent sites were right on top of each other and the yurt. There were hunters on the property going after a bear in the mountain behind the site.
The good: The hosts were very nice and did their best to accommodate us. I did appreciate the tea and coffee in the morning and clean restrooms.
Liz was a great host, she goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast in the cafeteria was unexpected and really good! Campsite 2 is a bit small, but was perfectly fine for my weekend trip and didn't diminish my experience (I found out the other ones are a bit larger).
Exceeded all our expectations
It felt like we were staying in nature (tent camping), but at the same time we felt like we were surrounded by things and people that made us feel pampered. Awesome experience!
Cozy and welcoming
So cozy and welcoming. It truly is a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Quite a ride to get there but that adds to the charm. Our host was excellent, even with a few bumps she made our experience over the moon. Highly recommend, best with a group of campers as there are plenty of indoor and outdoor group actovites
