The van site is close to level across from our 120 year old farmhouse, on the edge of the woods with private view of forest and a fire ring. The ground can get soft after a rain, so do not attempt driving on or off site if ground is wet or you may get stuck. If ground is soft there is a level driveway parking spot available nearby instead. You will be parked on a working permaculture homestead across the woodland from our community farm, with plenty of forests and fields for exploring. We have goats and chickens, four small rescue dogs (and a couple of friendly neighborhood dogs that sometimes wander through) that may stop by to say hello. Close to Jordan Lake, Haw River and bustling towns of Pittsboro, Chapel Hill and Carrboro.
