Site 1 - Sky High Ridge RV Campground
Peter was extremely friendly and accommodating . His top priority was making sure we settled in comfortably and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and memorable. The free fire wood was a very convenient and much appreciated bonus.

Site 4 - The Hole
This was our second time camping at Sky high ridge, last time we stayed in the horseshoe site, this time around we were in the hole. The hole is a very private site but I should have took Peters advice and maybe stayed in the horseshoe again. The first couple nights were good but our last night/morning, once the wind picked up our camper was being bombarded with acorns, Peter did warn us about the acorns but we insisted on taking that site. Overall though same great experience and the fall colors were amazing.

We have stayed here twice and love it! We have a 20’ travel trailer. If you enjoy peace and quiet over a busy campground, this is your place. Peter is extremely helpful and friendly and adds to the joy of staying here!!

Enjoy!
Nice, quiet sites; good hookups, friendly host. No wifi, but cell coverage adequate. We had no problems getting our little Casita up to the campground. Free firewood a bonus!

Great HipCamp to set up camp for a week in the mountains! Site 4 is nice and private! We
were able to walk around the property with our pups and pick fresh apples, tomatoes and kale. You can’t beat the free firewood on those crisp cool nights! We will definitely return!

Woodsy Private Sites on a Mountain
This is a great campground, only 8 campsites. All pretty well separated and private and "woodsy". The owner is a bit of a botanist and the grounds are a bit of a rustic botanical garden with a variety of species all labeled with markers complete with QR codes for more info. I vegetable garden and vineyard open for campers to pick items for dinner, etc. The road up is steep, but doable with a typical rig.
