Rock on Shakori Hills
We love camping at Shakori Hills, I’ve been going there for festivals for over 16 years. The grounds are beautiful, it’s an old farm homestead. Be careful of ticks though. And it usually rains during festivals, but that keeps the dust down…yeah you right!

Shakori Hills Tent Camping
No posting for site. Had a male camper 10 ft away in middle of nowhere. Felt unsafe as a female solo tent camper. No marked off spots. 70 bucks and not a festival. Seemed like a rip off.

Shakori Hills Tent Camping
The most magical place!
Shakori Hills is one of the most magical places on the precious Earth! So many beautiful spots to set up a tent or hammock. Hot showers and flushable toilets on the property, portajohns scattered throughout. Definitely look up at the stars if you're blessed with clear skies. Be weary of ticks and poison ivy, but plenty of forest & field to roam.

From Middle Earth to the RV camping
Happy Shakori everyone. We loved our stay at Shakori. The area we stayed was easily accessed and open for selecting a nice level area just in the shade. Our neighbors were friendly and fun loving. We were only 50 yards up the lane from the meadow where the main stage was for our night of amazing music. Fresh water was right outside the bathrooms. Our second visit to Shakori and first post COVID. Always a special event and there is nothing so magical as the vibe when you're on the property. Live on Shakori!!

Always a blast camping at Shakori. Lots of space, good people, good music and good vibes! It was so nice to be back after a Shakori-less 2020!
