Private, secluded, and right on a river – this is a truly gorgeous spot to camp! I was surprised to find out just how much space there was to work with upon arriving at River's Edge and meeting with Jay. The options are endless! Whether right down by the water or up on the grassy hillside, you'll find a restful place that feels a thousand miles away from it all. (You may just have a visit or two from their sweet goats!) There's also a great, large fire pit area tucked away into a clearing - perfect for gathering and some evening s'mores. I can't recommend this site enough!

This was a great camping spot. Jay and his wife were very friendly and helpful directing us to the correct place. It was really private and the only disruptions we had were some very persistent dogs across the river that barked. It was easy to get in and out too.

I loved staying here! I camped on the hilltop & got to watch the sunset with an incredible view. The spot was secluded & peaceful. I felt so safe that I ditched my tent & slept in my hammock instead! I’m also really glad Jay pointed out the trail that led down to the river. It was so beautiful. He & his wife were so friendly & id love to come back sometime!

Jay was very friendly and accommodating! Great site! Private and safe. I would camp again except for the fact that there must be a dog kennel or something nearby or across the river. Dogs barked all hours of the night and morning. It was terrible! Didn’t hear a peep from Jay’s dogs. He obviously can’t help the other dogs, but be aware of that when booking.

My friends and I stayed at the site on the hill. Despite the harsh weather the privacy and location of the site did not disappoint. Being only a short walk to the river was very convenient and the eggs were a nice bonus! I would definitely come back here again
