Easy to find. Owner very nice. Park at the farmhouse. Walk about 200 yards across field to site located in the woods. Very quiet. If you looking to get off the beaten path this will do it. Welcome break from big city life.

The host was very nice and accommodating. The site is very private and a good distance from the house. Be sure to ask about how to drive to the site if you have a basic 4WD capability on your vehicle (but this may vary based on planting/growing season). The site itself is just inside the treeline behind a field, and on our evening, it was pretty heavily covered in mosquitos. We tried for an hour to get the wood on site to settle into a usable fire to drive the mosquitos away, but we were not able to keep it lit without some superhuman effort, so we just turned in.

Again, private site and wonderful hosts. Just be aware of the propensity for mosquito breeding in the time of year you’re camping and bring your own wood if you can.

As stated in listing, firewood is not provided. Sorry you couldn't get the wet deadwood on site to burn. Thanks
