Plenty of places to pitch your tent on the 4+ acres.  Some ares cleared of trees, some treed spots. Creeks and streams through the property. Very primitive, but close to everything. The area has lots of recreational activities as well.

“Primitive” does not even begin to describe this campsite. Newland Wilds Retreat is a vacant lot beside a Re-Store with overgrown weeds and trash strewn about. There was no place to pitch a tent or even park out car - we had to park in the neighbors driveway. We did not even spend the night here as there was no place to set up the tent amongst the high grass and shrubs.

High grass and plants made us not want to step onto the property. Some trash in the field made the lot feel very unwelcoming and dirty. Right off the road, this sign was the only indication that we were in the right spot. Not sure where to camp in the high grass.
