We had an awesome stay on Matt's property! The campsite was exactly as described, secluded, full hook-ups, and in a great location on a beautiful property. Matt and his family were super friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

Great spot if you’re wanting privacy and easy access to Asheville! We camped in a 40’ rig and while tight getting in, it’s doable. Plenty of shade, water pressure the best we’ve experienced, great hosts to top it off. Close proximity to hiking, Blue Ridge Parkway, everything in the Asheville area.
Matt and his family was so welcoming! Would have loved to have spent more time there.
We had a great time at Matt’s property. He was welcoming and our children enjoyed playing with his daughter. The location was a great base for our adventures.
Matt and his property were exactly what we needed for our escape from the FL heat. Matt was wonderful at communication! Only thing we were bummed about was there was a chilly night and we planned to have a fire, but the fire pit was too overgrown to use. Also, VERY tight space so being newbies, backing up was a little difficult. Other then that, we had a wonderful time! Close to the Blueridge Parkway and Asheville!
Matt provides a spacious spot surrounded by trees on shared property with his home. He was welcoming and helpful with any needs we had during our stay. This site provides privacy in a mountain setting with the sound of a nearby stream while providing easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville. Our family was grateful for our time here. We would definitely recommend this spot to others.
This was the perfect spot for a weekend get a way with my family. The site is a little hard to back up to if your new to pulling a travel trailer like I am, but Matt came right out and guided me in and we set up no problem. It was well worth it for the view of the stars at night, and quick access to the blue ridge parkway. I definitely recommend staying here and we will probably take another weekend trip here in the future.
We loved our stay at Matt’s camp. He supplied us with firewood, gifted us specialty beers and offered his sandbox for our 10 month old son to play in. The spot is private and quiet. We walked up and down the mountain street which was good exercise. He answered our 100 questions in a timely and patient manner. We would definitely recommend this HipCamp to others and would stay again in the future in a heartbeat.
