Greetings from 3000 feet just above warren Wilson College (where there is bus service) 20 minutes from downtown Asheville 15 minutes from Black Mountain. The bottom of the property has three acres of pasture, three stocked ponds, a sweet mountain 24/7 stream and three nice camping spots with easy access to the street. The ponds are stocked with Catch and Release fishing and there is easy proximity of amazing hiking and other fishing at the bottom of the hill. Bathrooms are natural (no running water) and easy access. YES, we have WiFi.

Nice quiet spot to pitch a tent and hang out. Super quiet at night, and the sound of flowing water between the two ponds was nice to fall asleep to. Timothy and the property manager who met us at the site were super friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.
