Pitch your tent in a secluded spot near a creek on a small diverse vegetable farm. The farm is located across from Oskar Blues Brewery and across from the greenway leading into Pisgah Forest a mile away. Great hiking, fishing, floating and biking a few miles away from the farm. There is a port a john for bathroom use near the barn and a creek you can jump in and rinse off.

The vibe at Just Ripe Farm Camping Spot
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
We had a great time camping here the night before the eclipse. Everything was just as described. Rachel and her group were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Minutes from downtown Brevard and walking distance to the Oskar Blues Brewery! We didn't stay for the eclipse party, but I wish we had!
Awesome spot! Super friendly hosts, very safe and easy to find. A creek to wash off in, potable water, a port-o-john, friendly faces -- what else could you possible need? Plus, it's right across the street from Oskar Blues! Thanks y'all!
We had a great time camping here! Rachel is a very friendly, helpful, and generous host. She even screened a movie at night on the side of her barn for all of us campers. And the short walk to Oskar Blues Brewery was an added plus. We would definitely camp there again!
My niece and I just had a fabulous camping experience at Just Ripe Farm. Rachel is extremely accommodating, we had a lovely spot to pitch our tent, did some camp stove cooking and they have a lovely communal fire pit with chairs in a nice shady area. Very exciting to be on a working farm and see all of the beautiful produce growing and farm activities. This trip was specifically to view the solar eclipse and the added benefit that the Oskar Blues Brewery just across the street was having a large viewing party only added to the fun. Pisgah National Forest is nearby, where we went horseback riding one morning, took a lovely dip in one of the refreshing streams and visited Looking Glass Falls (took a dip there also, and although there were many others swimming, not sure if it is "authorized"). Would highly recommend camping at Just Ripe Farm, and hope to return again in the future.
