The area was very nice and easy to get to. There was enough space in between the campsites to allow for privacy. The lake view was nice- the only downside was that a fee of the campsites face the home, so there was a minor lack of privacy in that regard, however there’s not much that can be done about that and there was enough distance across the lake for it to not feel intrusive. Overall really nice spot and I enjoyed my time!
This was a great spot for a family trip. We camped in tents, but stayed in the RV sites. Pros: near the bathrooms, electricity, and access to the water/dock (kids brought rafts and had a blast)! Cons: not much privacy (basically in the backyard--though we never saw anyone from the house--and there are day visitors fishing at the lake), so if you're looking for privacy, opt for the tent sites (which we didn't get over to, but looked pretty quiet from where we were). Joanne DID let us know about that ahead of time, though, so it wasn't a surprise, just an FYI. Joanne was also super great about communication, answering questions, and very accommodating when we arrived.

Thank you for visiting Bell Lakes Estate! We're so glad you had a great time! We are excited to have your feedback while we renovate and landscape to improve guest experience! Thank you for sharing your wonderful photos! Best wishes!
Todo muy bien, excelente lugar

Thank you so much, Lucas. We hope to see you again soon!
We stayed in one of the two rv sites with electric and water. Even though our site was close to their home, it felt private and was very quiet. (Granted, it was midweek and we were the only guests, so we had the place to ourselves.) The host was very nice and made sure we were settled, and then left us alone. The lake was very lovely and felt peaceful. Just 20 minutes from east Raleigh. I will definitely go back. Next time I'll rent their paddle boat or kayak. The tent sites were small, super basic, and right on the lake. There were a few that seemed more spacious and comfortable than the others. It felt very safe and we appreciated the quiet and lack of light pollution.

Thanks so much, Deena! We look forward to hosting you again soon!
Absolutely amazing for my first time camping i truly enjoyed myself. Thank you for sharing this opportunity to be on your land.

Thank you for choosing Bell Lakes Estate for your very first camping trip! We are so glad you had a great time, and we hope to see you again very soon! Best wishes!
Lake is not for swimming, there is no shower as host mentioned. toilet is in Rv and smells not good but privacy was good

We hope you'll visit us in the future when it's not raining and storming, so you can enjoy the beauty of Bell Lakes Estate!
A pleasant and very quaint site. That second driveway just past the church comes fast so remember to slow and see the 6424 on the sign. Checkin is easy and simple. All of the sites are right there on the water, however most have their backs to the field so not much privacy behind you. Very relaxing warm lake with a soft bottom. Kayaks were sturdy and easy to utilize. Fire pit was smaller than expected so if you plan on cooking bring an apparatus to cook on/over. Overall a good nice easy weekend away. We will be coming back. Oh- and each site comes with a metal table and umbrella. A nice touch.

We hope to see you again soon, George! Thank you so much for visiting Bell Lakes Estate!
We had a great time at the site. Kids spent hours swimming, fishing and playing with our paddle board.
Joanne was great!
The only thing is be careful with under water derby or branches by the deck. One of my kids cut their foot twice.
We will definitely come back!!

We are so glad you and your family had a nice time and we look forward to hosting you again! Thank you for letting us know about your child's experience. As a result, we dredged the area around the dock and removed all branches and pine cones that ended up in the water when the area flooded. I will be reaching out to check on your little one and hope all is well.
We really enjoyed staying at Belle Estates.
Nice amenities (electric and water hookup). The RV sites are near the house, but tucked away with plenty of privacy. The site has a nice water view and a new picnic table that folds into a bench. You even get your own little dock. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathroom. Overall a great experience.

Thank you so much for visiting Bell Lakes Estate! We are so happy you had a nice time and we hope you will visit us again soon! Thanks again and best wishes!
